QA QC Mechanical Engineer

- Job Description: 

• Set detailed instructions on what needs to be checked and what are the quality standards.
• State inspection Criteria for each product.
• dedication to high standards when approving and rejecting manufacturing processes.
• Inspect and receive production materials according to technical boards and engineering specifications - Knowledge with AQL Standards.
• Identify radical solutions to quality problems and products.
• Prepare reports on quality issues, suppliers, and corrective measures (eg number of defective raw materials per order).
• Review current blueprints and quality documentation.
• Complete updates, corrections, and enhancements to our quality management system.
• Audit our systems based on ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Set and track quality assurance goals.
• Coordination with external auditors to ensure quality and continuity of the quality assurance system.
• Work with production to solve quality problems and to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of products.
• High Knowledge with Analysis tools (ABA analysis, MSA, A3 reports, SIPOC, SPC, Fish bone and Pareto).is advantage.
