You will be part of Advisory and Maintenance Team at our customer site responsible about .Team you belong to:You will join a team maintenance experts dedicated to the service performance and will contribute to achieving customers' expectations in Safety, Quality, and Timeliness.Our team culture is all about working as a team, providing solutions, and getting things done in a timely manner. The members in our team are located at customer site in Saudi Arabia.What you’ll do:provide technical supervision/support to customers on their sites, including maintenance, installation, commissioning and start-up of the mining industry equipment like thickeners, filters, flotation cells, grinding mills or related machines.Identify and supervise the correction of more complex technical problems associated with maintenance, installation, commissioning and start up of the equipment.Research, evaluate and recommends new products, parts, upgrades and services that will meet customer needs and will add value to our solution.Provide high technical expertise in the area of trouble-shooting, process knowledge, technical incidents, installation & commissioning, operation, maintenance and requests for Grinding Mills.Specialize in own technology areas in order to provide expertise support in site operations and technology related incidents and inquiries or problems – coordination & investigation of incidents.Participate in technical claim or customer complaint handlingProvide Customer on-call supportProvide mentoring / coaching to customer members;Act as a trainer for customer ; training customer maintenance crew m and provide technical support for them whenever needed. Contribute to technical knowledge management (service related work instructions, resolution database, fault statistics, activity in technical community) in own technology area;Provide input to technical documentation, such as manuals, service workbooks and eCatalogues;Ensure all leads are recorded and opportunities developed as required;Provide customer feedback for Product Management (technical and commercial), Business Line, Project Implementation and other stake holders;Full understanding of Safety Culture;Customer focused;Lifecycle sales concept and customer understanding.Who you are:Minimum bachelor level degree in Mechanical/industrial engineering or comparable experienceSolid experience in grinding mill maintenance and grinding mill upgrade projects.Proven ability to lead service projects under pressure and keeping to deadlinesGood social skills to be able communicate with customer and executing teamsExperience in maintenance practices for industrial process equipment’s.Good interpersonal and team working skills, with the ability to communicate regularly with internal and external customersExperience in using project management toolsExperience in field service, commission, maintenance, Q/C processesPromote grinding mill business in market area, create value added solutionsManaging customer relationship and customer satisfaction service businessHow to join - Working at Metso - About Metso - Diversity and Inclusion - Meet our peopleMetso is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workforce culture.
