However, please know that we always put ourselves in the candidate's shoes to ensure they have the best possible experience.We look forward to meeting you!Job DescriptionAMARIS Consulting is seeking a highly skilled UX Designer to join our team in Dubai.Role Overview:As a Senior UX Designer Contractor, you'll be an integral part of our collaborative and passionate User Experience team. Your primary focus will be on crafting intuitive and engaging experiences that enable companies to build trusted identities and access for their employees and customers.Responsibilities: Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for design-related matters. Translate abstract ideas into tangible representations (sketches, journey maps, wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes) to gather user feedback and align with the product team. Present design concepts and deliverables to clients, articulating the rationale behind design decisions. Design adaptive and responsive product experiences across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms. Lead cross-functional collaborations to generate innovative user experiences and align the product team with a shared vision. Coach product teams in design discovery, vision planning, and delivery processes, including iterative design and usability testing. Collaborate with user research to synthesize data into actionable insights that drive user outcomes. Engage in constructive design debates and iterate designs based on feedback.Ideal profile: Master’s degree or 8+ years of equivalent professional experience. Strong critical thinking skills and ability to tackle complex problems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with users, product teams, and stakeholders. Experience in a fast-paced software development environment. Online portfolio demonstrating user-centered design expertise, user research methods, visualizations, storytelling, sketches, mock-ups, prototypes, etc. Track record of delivering product and user outcomes across various user groups, from technical users to consumers.
