Job DescriptionManage and monitor, our asset management system & OEM Service management system to ensure we are aligned with all maintenance procedures and checklists.Monitor and enforce service level agreements and KPIs with Shiplift facilities management service providersMonitor and inspect maintenance activities are as per necessary standards to ensure continued effective performance.Coordinate with Critical equipment Manufactures to ensure the Ship lift Systems are operational and maintained.Oversee development and review of asset management reports to track effectiveness of maintenance activities and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and asset lifecycle.Manage & monitor yard inventory, ensuring the proper organization, availability & documentation of warehouse, spare parts, tools equipment, and other materials, in compliance with our CAFM management system & OEM Management system.Develop and ensure the proper implementation of annual maintenance plans and strategies in alignment with the DMC asset Management procedures and system.Oversee the deployment of resources to meet facility and maintenance requirements.Oversee general services contracts (e.g. cleaning/ fresh water supply, sewage, shore power etc.) and maintenance (e.g. civil, mechanical and electrical maintenance) and ensure that the work is executed as per the agreed service level agreements.Monitor and evaluate the work performed by external contractors to ensure that it is as per the quality standards required by DMC and within the approved budget.Verify & sign off on work completion reports for facilities management works/ external parties, ensuring that works are completed as per the required standardsLiaise with maintenance teams for routine and emergency repairs of port yard facilitiesEnsure that all port facilities, including assets, storage areas, machinery, and equipment, are properly maintained and in good working condition.Report to the assistant manager of maintenance about the current works status and future planning.
