Manager Core Banking Program- Compliance

Experience

Minimum of 12 years of experience in Banking space, with at least 5 years in system implementation support.


Hands on experience in implementing core banking systems, particularly integrating IBG systems with Oracle Flexcube.
Experience in requirements management, Gap analysis and solutioning.

Technical Skills

Experience in Oracle Flexcube configurations related to Compliance processes.


Proven hands-on track record of successful system integrations and data migrations

Behavioural Skills

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
