Be responsible for test automation process and results within the project. Work with international, cross-country teams. Participate in team selection and on-boarding process; drive, engage, and coach project testing team to achieve highest results.Responsibilities:Develop and implement testing automation strategies, frameworks, and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of testing activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and product management, to define testing requirements, test plans, and test cases.Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using industry-standard tools and technologies.Lead and manage the testing automation team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.Execute and analyze automated test results, identifying and troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with the development team for resolution.Establish and enforce best practices for testing automation, ensuring adherence to quality standards and software development processes.Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in testing automation methodologies, tools, and technologies, and evaluate their potential application within the organization.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing processes, increase test coverage, and enhance overall product quality.Provide regular status reports, metrics, and updates on testing automation activities to stakeholders and senior management.Qualifications:+10 years of progressively experience across all functions of technology.+5 years experiences in managerial level.
