Title: Technical Recruitment Team LeadIndustry: IT SoftwareReporting Line: Recruitment ManagerPosition Type: Full TimeLevel: Senior/ManagerialLocation: Cairo Office, New CairoJob Summary:You have a strong background in Technical Recruitment and you have ambitions to work in an International environment where you are surrounded by strong IT professionals.At CrossWorkers, you will work directly with colleagues from Europe as well as Egypt.If you can see yourself in a team where values such as drive, engagement and competencies, room for family life and spare time, don't hesitate to apply.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and managerial positions within the organization.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to create comprehensive on boarding plans.Coach and mentor junior recruiters to enhance their skills in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement.Work closely with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and hiring requirements.Build strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate effective collaboration.Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function.Desired Skills and Experience:You are fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a relevant field (HR diploma is a plus).A minimum of 6 years of experience in technical recruitment.Familiarity with standard hiring practices.Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systemYou used to work in an international environment.You see challenges and not problems and you attack them with creativity, initiative and determination.You work independently and targeted with a high activity level.You work well as part of a team and with an ability to deliver even with tough deadlines.Experience with IT Offshore/Nearshore/Outsourcing and European/GCC customers/companies is as a plus.You are out-going with a strong personal drive, you enjoy working independently and motivated by the close collaboration with the management team.You have integrity and empathy as well as excellent communication and facilitation competencies are key to succeed in the job.What we offer: You will have a unique opportunity to be part of a growing organization where you will work across borders with highly experienced people, and where we expected you to add your footprint.
