Your role involves a strategic blend of communication and analytical skills to support the growth and development of startups and service-based businesses on Upwork.Responsibilities:Lead Generation: Utilize a variety of strategies to identify potential leads that align with the clients' target markets and objectives.Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for potential and existing clients, managing communications effectively to nurture leads and maintain strong relationships.Opportunity Identification: Analyze market trends and client needs to identify new business opportunities, contributing to growth strategies.Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate meetings between potential clients and client’s team to discuss business opportunities and partnerships.Email Management: Handle daily email communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups with clients and leads.QualificationsProven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Self-motivation and the capability to work independently in a remote setting.Strong analytical skills, capable of identifying market trends and business opportunities.Proficient in time management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong command of English, both written and verbal ; additional languages are a plus.Bonus QualificationsExperience working with international clients and navigating multicultural business environments.A proactive approach to market research and leveraging insights for business advantage.Proficiency with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).Why Partner with Us?Partnering with Bousla means more than just finding a job.
