The Opportunity

This position works out of our Egypt Affiliate in the Established Pharmaceutical Division where we are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world’s fastest-growing countries. Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.
As the Project manager, you’ll have the chance to provide Project Management support to manage technical transfers in METAP-CIS region i.e., Localization transfers, ASQs, Compliance and Continuous Improvement projects in Egypt and other affiliates in METAP\_CIS region. Currently, there is no dedicated re-source available in Egypt to support project management and position is key for successful execution right first time. This position will have to manage approx. 15-20 product transfers at any point in time.
Product transfers involves finished dosage forms including Oral solids, Liquids, Injectables and Topical dosage forms.

What You’ll Do:

Lead project management activities across Egypt to ensure product reliability, support portfolio growth, cost improvement (ASQs, Tech Transfers, Compliance and Continuous Improvement) Support business decision-makers in terms of resource allocation, risk management, collaboration, and prioritization. Promote good project management practices and governance framework. Technical Support with sufficient analytical and pharmaceutical process knowledge Align and collaborate with regional stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Education: Master's degree Years of experience, both overall and any industry-specific experience needed: Minimum 10 years of overall pharmaceutical industry with at least 3 years of Project Management experience.

Preferred qualifications:

Other qualifications/certifications: PMP Certification, Lean 6 Sigma
