Overview:



We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business opportunities and nurturing leads through strategic outbound efforts, including calling, emailing, and social selling on LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct extensive outbound sales activities including cold calling, emailing, and social selling on LinkedIn to source deals and opportunities. Nurture potential leads through continuous follow-up, providing relevant information and addressing queries to move them through the sales funnel until they are converted into meetings. Document all interactions and progress with leads accurately in HubSpot to ensure transparency and effective tracking of sales activities. Work closely with the marketing team to understand and leverage provided contact lists and lead profiles for targeted outreach. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) qualified opportunities. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the products and services offered, along with the industry trends and competitive landscape. Build and maintain relationships with prospects across various industries and personas, especially within SMEs and enterprise accounts with both IT and Business personas.

Requirements



2-4 years of experience in business development or sales, specifically in the technology sector. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field Experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot, for tracking leads and sales activities. Demonstrated ability to sell to cross-industries and engage with multiple personas, including decision-makers in IT and business domains. Self-motivated, with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
