About The RoleAn exciting opportunity to join the globally top-performing HCV Egypt team as a Business Development Representative (BDR). Reporting to the Sales Manager of HCV, you'll work closely with the other BDRs, Account Executives, Sales Operations, etc., to increase HCV revenue by acquiring private & public sector customers in Egypt & KSA.We need a highly motivated self-starter, who thrives in a team environment and is a natural problem solver. Our suite of products has multiplied in recent years, so we're looking for an all-rounder with the ability to sell holistically across an organization with passion, poise, and hustle.What You'll Do Generate new business opportunities to fuel the pipeline in an assigned vertical or territory and partner with assigned Account Executives Outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, and marketing campaigns . Uncover a prospect's business challenges and identify relevant new business opportunities, while highlighting the HCV value proposition Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives at targeted accounts Develop an in-depth understanding of Uber, industry trends, and competition Manage, track, and report on all sales activities and results using Salesforce Work closely with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and make recommendations to more effectively close sales and ensure customer loyalty Work effectively with internal departments to deliver the best solution for the client and ensure an excellent experience Travel to attend tradeshows or other client meetings when requested or necessary Basic Qualifications Minimum 2 year of B2B sales/business development experience is highly preferred Bachelor degree preferred English and Arabic language proficiency Preferred Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to acquire the necessary information from the prospect, while also ensuring a mutually beneficial conversation To be resolute and passionate about a fast-paced team environment Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills, and ability to take initiative
