We seek Salesforce developer intern with sound knowledge and understanding of software design, coding and debugging. The intern will gain exciting real-world software engineering experience at our company.

We frequently work in small teams to solve problems, explore new technologies, and learn from one another. The ideal intern for this environment will be enthusiastic and collaborative.

Responsibilities

· Work with existing senior professional and assist them in Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, data entry, and security settings and solving problems.

· Understand the business administration needs and document the execution steps.

· Support the configuration and customization of Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and reports.

· Support in managing accurate data integration.

· Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve user issues and system errors.

· Contribute to documentation of Salesforce processes, procedures, and best practices.

· Assess new application ideas.

· Support in release testing.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is preferred.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Basic knowledge of programming languages (such as Apex or JavaScript) is a plus.

· Sound programming knowledge in C, C++, Java, .net, Python, or new technologies

· Good understand on RDBMS like Oracle, MS SQL Server and good in SQL.

· Good knowledge in data structures.

· Knowledge in Salesforce or any CRM will be a plus.
