SUMMARY OF THE ROLEAs a Planner, your primary responsibility will be to strategize production schedules in alignment with demand forecasts, inventory levels, workforce availability, raw material and packaging supplies, as well as machine capacity for designated production segments or specific products.This role is situated in Dubai and will entail reporting directly to the Planning Manager.Responsibilities:Create accurate and realistic production schedules by gathering and analyzing customer demand, translating it into daily plans while balancing OTIF targets, inventory levels, and production costs​.Enhance the planning process by leveraging current features within Matrix and integrating new ones in alignment with best practices for planning within Jotun Operations System.Establish close communication channels with Purchasing, Customer Service, Sales, and Production teams to ensure access to the most accurate information for daily planning purposes. Continuously monitor inventory levels and ensure production alignment with forecasts to avoid both stock shortages and excess inventory.To analyze the historical sales data in order to formulate production plans and schedules.
