IT Program Manager : SAP FICO (Head/Director Level Seniority)Join a leading business in their sector to drive a critical transformation|Must have extensive SAP FICO Program leadership experience About Our ClientA dynamic and innovative organisation going through ambitious and exciting digital transformation program of immense proportion.Job DescriptionProgram Leadership: Lead and oversee the implementation of SAP FICO projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and strategies.Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders and provide detailed reports and presentations to executive leadership on progress and plans.Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources, and manage project timelines to ensure timely and successful project delivery.Vendor Management: Work closely with external vendors and consultants, overseeing contracts, managing relationships, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of SAP FICO systems.Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and user adoption of SAP FICO systems.Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to minimize disruptions to project timelines and deliverables.The Successful ApplicantA minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation, with at least 5 years in a program management role.In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, and CO.Proven experience in leading SAP FICO projects from initiation to completion, with a focus on large-scale implementations.Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Experience in managing relationships with SAP consultants and vendors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.What's on OfferCompetitive tax-free salaryInitial 1 or 2 year contract with opportunities for extension and potential alternative opportunities within the wider business in the futureContact: Ian PollingtonQuote job ref: JN-122023-6278637
