Job Description
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their professional growth and development
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and priorities, and align data analytics initiatives with organizational goals
- Design and execute data analysis projects, including data collection, processing, analysis, and interpretation
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance metrics and communicate insights to stakeholders
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to uncover insights, trends, and correlations in the data
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through data analysis and recommend data-driven solutions
- Serve as a subject matter expert on data analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies, and provide guidance to the team and other departments as needed
