Job Overview
Repton Dubai is seeking an outstanding Early Years Teacher to start August 2025.
Our ideal candidate will have effective teaching experience at EYFS level in addition to holding QTS, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
The role of the Early Years Teacher is to motivate children and use resources imaginatively to help them learn up to the age of 5 years.
You'll provide a safe and secure environment for them to develop in the specific and prime areas, while recording observations and summarising their achievements.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities
Adhere to the schools teaching and learning handbooks/policies
Planning and delivering high quality lessons, adapted to meet the needs of the pupils
Ensure provision for all learners is maintained at the highest level
Support pupils to make progress in their learning
Respond to pupils work and mark book from the lesson covered in line with eh school’s marking policy
Ensure tracking of pupils attainment and progress is kept up to date
Use data to inform planning and target setting
Encourage children's mathematical and creative development through stories, songs, games, drawing and imaginative play.
Support the development of children's basic skills, including physical coordination, speech and communication.
Maintain a classroom and outdoor environment that provides for the needs of all learners whilst setting inspirational goal and challenges.
Facilitate, support and monitor the overall progress and development of EYFS pupils and designated groups of pupils.
Successful Candidates Will Have
Bachelors of Education or PGCE with appropriate specialism, OR
Bachelors in subject relevant to teaching specialism plus PGCE in Primary Education
Experience teaching in a UK setting or renowned British Curriculum / international school
Appropriate experience which enables them to contribute to our school enrichment programme
Ideally we require a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience
