Cloud Architect

DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Azure Senior Cloud Architect to join our team. As an Azure Senior Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud solutions on the Azure platform. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and provide expert guidance on leveraging Azure services to meet their cloud infrastructure needs.ResponsibilitiesDesign and architect scalable and secure cloud solutions using Azure servicesCollaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide strategic recommendations for Azure implementationsLead the planning, design, and implementation of complex cloud infrastructure projectsEnsure the successful integration of applications, data, and infrastructure on the Azure platformProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior cloud architects and engineersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions on AzureProven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex cloud infrastructure projectsPrevious experience working with clients to understand their business requirements and provide strategic recommendationsExtensive experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions on AzureStrong knowledge of Azure services, including Compute, Networking, Storage, and DatabasesProven experience in architecting and implementing highly available and scalable cloud architecturesExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team membersExperience with cloud migration projects, including assessment, planning, and executionKnowledge of serverless computing and serverless architecture designFamiliarity with data governance and data privacy regulations, such as CCPA and LGPDExperience with hybrid cloud solutions, including integration and management of on-premises and cloud environmentsUnderstanding of cloud cost optimization strategies and techniquesFamiliarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies on cloud platformsProficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools, such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet, for automating infrastructure deploymentsExperience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning in cloud environmentsStrong understanding of network virtualization and software-defined networking conceptsKnowledge of compliance standards and regulations in specific industries, such as financial services or healthcareFamiliarity with data warehousing and business intelligence solutions on cloud platformsExperience with infrastructure monitoring and management tools, such as CloudWatch or Azure MonitorUnderstanding of agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
