Who We AreVentures ONSITE (www.venturesonsite.com), a product by Ventures Middle East is a subscription based platform utilized as a business development tool providing accurate and detailed information on completed, on-going and future construction projects.Ventures Onsite is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Researcher/Query Researcher to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our customers in the Construction, Energy, Power, and Infrastructure industries and the information they need. You will be responsible for researching, crafting, and delivering insightful responses to customer queries submitted through our query system.Responsibilities:Research and Respond:Uncover answers & deliver exceptional written responses to customer queries in Construction, Energy, Power & Infrastructure.Communication Pro:Craft clear, comprehensive responses that address customer needs, even when the exact info isn't available.Time Management Ace:Manage & prioritize a high volume of queries while meeting desired response times.Escalation Expert:Identify complex issues & strategically escalate to internal teams.Research Rockstar:Utilize top-notch research skills to find the right information, bypassing gatekeepers if necessary.Continuous Learning:Stay up-to-date on industry trends to provide informed customer support.Qualifications:2+ years research experience (customer support preferred)Excellent written English for clear, concise communicationStrong research skills & ability to leverage various resourcesProblem-solving focus & dedication to exceeding customer expectationsExcellent organization & ability to multi-taskThrives in a collaborative & independent work environmentDesired Skills:Prior experience navigating gatekeepers and obtaining information from challenging contacts is a plus.Proficiency in relevant research databases and industry-specific knowledge (a plus).Proficient in English & Arabic.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive package & dynamic work environment!Become the customer hero we need!
