Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chief Accountant to join our finance team in Khobar. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, or be a CPA finalist. The Chief Accountant will be responsible for monthly accounts closing and will support the Finance Manager in group reporting, cash flow preparation, and coordination with auditors.Key Responsibilities:Monthly Accounts Closing: Lead the monthly accounts closing process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Support Group Reporting: Assist the Finance Manager in preparing and consolidating financial reports for the group.Cash Flow Management: Prepare cash flow statements and forecasted cash flows to ensure effective liquidity management.Audit Coordination: Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary documentation and support under the guidance of the Finance Manager.Reconciliation: Conduct customer and supplier ageing and reconciliation to ensure accuracy in accounts receivable and payable.Bank Reconciliation Supervision: Supervise daily bank reconciliation processes to maintain accurate cash balances and identify discrepancies.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or CPA finalist.Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with various stakeholders.Experience with accounting software and ERP systems is preferred.Key Skills:Financial ReportingAccounts ClosingCash Flow ManagementAudit CoordinationReconciliation SkillsAttention to DetailCommunication and Interpersonal Skills
