Integrant is seeking a talented and experienced Internal Communication Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an Internal Communication Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing internal communication strategies that foster engagement, collaboration, and employee satisfaction. You will be responsible for creating and delivering various internal communication materials, managing internal communication channels, and ensuring consistent and effective messaging throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They should have a deep understanding of internal communication best practices and be able to adapt to the unique needs and culture of our organization. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement internal communication strategies that engage and inform employees across all levels of the organization. Develop the content and Design all internal communication activities. Manage all internal communication channels, including emails, newsletters, digital signage, and intranet, in terms of content and graphic design, to ensure timely and effective delivery of messages. Create and distribute internal communications, such as announcements, updates, and event invitations, in a visually appealing and engaging manner that aligns with the company's brand and communication guidelines. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute internal campaigns that promote company initiatives, events, and programs, ensuring that the content and design are cohesive and impactful. Oversee the company's internal branding efforts, including the development of brand guidelines and the creation of branded materials for internal use, with a focus on content and graphic design. Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication strategies and channels and make recommendations for improvement based on data and feedback. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in internal communication, content creation, and graphic design to enhance the company's internal communication efforts. Provide guidance and support to colleagues on best practices for internal communication, campaign development, and branding, particularly in terms of content and graphic design.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Communication, Marketing, Graphic design or related field with 5+ years of experience Proven experience in internal communication, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful communication campaigns and branding efforts, particularly in terms of content and graphic design. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of branding principles and practices, with experience in developing brand guidelines and materials. Experience in analyzing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience with AI prompting skills to enhance internal communication strategies and activities.
