Job Description

Summary:Financial Reporting officer assists the Head of Regulatory & Financial reporting in all matters related to Capital management and provision function as well as manage and supervise the following functions: - Assist in the Bank's Capital Management Structure planning to reach the most optimal & Efficient Capital Mix. - Perform, Support and coordinate end to end the implementation of the upcoming Capital Management regulations from Finance perspective. - Support the monitoring Capital management reporting According to CBUAE Limits. - Design the implementation of control reports used to Prevent insufficient capital for business growth. - Provide opinion, advice, and solutions across the bank.Duties and Responsibilities- Support Planning of the capital structure of the Bank & perform all the finance related tasks under ICAAP including provide the CAR & CAR Forecast, solvency ratios through the Dynamic Module.- Maintain a good relationship with CB Inspection and the relationship with CB in all matters related to Capital Management requirements.- Ensure the Accuracy & Integrity of Capital Management Reports from a Finance perspective and ensure it's complying with CBUAE regulations.- Perform the Handling and the closing of any issue regarding capital Management reporting within the limit time provided including multiple of Ad- hocks that is on a continuous base.- Preparing Capital Increase study and all procedures of Capital increase process.- Support and coordinate end to end the implementation of the upcoming Capital Management regulations from a Finance perspective.- Support and assist end to end the implementation of the upcoming regulations from Capital perspective.- Design the implementation of control reports used to Prevent insufficient capital for business growth.- Present the provisions analysis and study for the Impairment Committee's Approval.- Monitor Expected Credit loss, Legal provision, and other provision calculations.Behavioral Skills:- Collaboration & Creating Synergy- Innovation & Go Digital- People Centricity- Agility & Resilience- Negotiation skillsTechnical Skills:- Problem-solving Ability.- Strategic Thinking- Global banking Expertise- Data Visualization & PresentationTechnological Competencies:- Microsoft Word and Excel.- Banking systemQualifications and Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Economics, Business, or a related technical field.- Minimum 2-5 years of banking experience- Post-graduate certification is an advantage.- Fluent in English Language (Reading, Writing & Oral).ResidencyMust have UAE Residence
