Department: Supply ChainEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: SudairDescriptionAchieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, Dispensing, Dispatching, Handling, Physical verification and Assuring Quality of materials and products.Maintain all paper records of receipt and issuance of raw material, packing material, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.Controls inventory levels by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.Maintains physical condition of warehouse and insure compliant storage.Maintains storage area by organizing put away; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.Oversees traceability of incoming manufacturing and packaging materials, timely supply of material to the requesting department and accurate inventory management in compliance with approved SOPsFollow up with all the concerned staff and maintain all the records of warehouse.Daily coordination with production and other departments for day-to-day activitiesResponsible for warehousing operations as per SOPs, involve in qualification of warehouse and ensure proper training to warehouse team.Complies with procedures, material handling practices, and shipping requirements, safe work habits and state and GMP compliance regulations. And advising the line manager on needed actionsEnsuring proper documentation and filing of concerned area activities are maintained as per SOPs.Preparation SOP's pertaining to WarehouseResponsible for QMS documentation and activities pertaining to Supply Chain DepartmentImplementing the concerned SOPs, GMP and EHS guidelines in the activitiesReporting of any deficiencies, damaged or miss matching (if any) to the superiorEnsure the accuracy of all the inventory transactions.Safety of people and property is our priority.
