Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Freelance Patient and Physician Insights Specialist who will conduct comprehensive research to uncover insights from both patients and physicians. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to manage your schedule while delivering actionable insights that inform our healthcare strategies.Key Responsibilities: Patient Insights: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand patient experiences, needs, and preferences. Utilize surveys, interviews, focus groups, and ethnographic studies to gather data. Physician Insights: Gather insights from physicians regarding their experiences, challenges, and perspectives on treatments and healthcare services. Conduct in-depth interviews, surveys, and panel discussions. Data Analysis: Analyze data from various research methodologies to identify trends, patterns, and key insights. Use statistical tools and data visualization techniques to present findings. Market Trends: Monitor and analyze market trends, healthcare advancements, and industry developments that impact patients and physicians. Provide insights and recommendations based on this analysis. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings and strategic recommendations. Present insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and clinical teams, to align patient and physician insights with business objectives. Strategic Recommendations: Develop actionable recommendations to improve patient care, enhance physician engagement, and optimize healthcare delivery. Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all research activities comply with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines, including patient privacy and data protection regulations.Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 1 year in patient insights, physician insights, healthcare market research, or related fields. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master’s) preferred. Research Skills: Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including survey design, interviews, focus groups, and data analysis. Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify meaningful insights. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present research findings and strategic recommendations effectively to diverse audiences. Healthcare Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry, including patient care, healthcare services, and physician practices. Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
