Job Description

Key ResposibilitiesEnsure his/her individual sales achievement providing an impeccable service to clientsPartner with the store management to achievement of store sales budgetSupport all activities to achieve store business objectives, demonstrating an excellent client experienceP[erform with high integrity in in company compliance with Corporate departmentsResponsible for the coordination of FoH and BoH activities according to the guidelines provided by the store managementBe a role model for the Sale StaffBe an ambassador of the brand (If Key Holder, serves as a role model in client service by making the client experience the priority and consistently achieving monthly sales targets, as well as effectively performing operations functions: opens and closes the store, register, and back office management procedures.)Key AccountabilitiesContribute to the sales target achievement selling product and providing an excellent serviceUndertake all required tasks (shop floor and BoH) set by the store management team in an effective and timely mannerCoordinate and oversee the activities in the FoH and BoH as requested by the store management in order to meet the qualitative and quantitative results expected by the store. Main duties (depending on the store cluster):coordinate the execution of all company initiatives within the storeSupport the Sale Staff in achieving the targets and develop both store and individual performanceOrganize the execution of the action defined by the store management to implement business action plans, to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segmentParticipate in analyzing monthly KPIs and identify strategies to ensure performance standards are metParticipate to the monthly CRM database analysis managed by the store management in order to facilitate and execute the CRM activitiesOversee the shop floor in order to smooth operations and facilitate the collaboration with the BoH teamShare information with the store management about the best and worst sellers, participate in deciding and implementing any improvements in the sale process and/or in the exposition of productsSupport cash operations if needed (is trained to use the till)Assist the store management in preparing schedules and leadership zoning, by analyzing the traffic trends and the peak hours to ensure adequate floor coverage and timely submission of payroll records for all employeesidentify competencies gap and knowledge to develop in the Sale StaffPropose to the store management the Sale Staff development plansCoach the Sale Staff in selling competencies, tools and understanding key business metricsArrange and/or deliver training sessions for the store Staff to ensure people are fully educated on brand pillars and season strategy by partnering with the appropriate internal departments for product knowledge supportMonitor the quality of the service offered to the clients and the performance level providing feedback on the shop floorParticipate to the monthly coaching sessions conducted by the store management with the Sale Staff to review performanceEnsure store compliance with company policy and proceduresPromote and drive brand image through knowledge of product and ensure visual merchandising standardsM,inimize loss by ensuring loss prevention procedures are followed at all times and incidents are reported to store management teamif requested, support, coordinate and oversee: the stock operations activities and tasksAccountable for the Mentoring Program responsibility in accordance with the Retail Campus guidelines:Guarantee the “Mentoring Program” effective developmentParticipate to the training and coordination activities proposed at a Country or Regional levelPerform other duties as directedRequirements5 - 10 years of Luxury Retail Expereince plus Experience in management / leadership within a department store Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong leadership experience.
