Business Analyst (Roles & Responsibilities)No. of Position : 01Period : 06 MonthsClient : Leading Bank in Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaPrincipal Accountabilities: Key activitiesPrepare data and reports for project managers, the PMO team, project stakeholders, and the C-suite, with an understanding of the different needs of each.Produce forecasts for project and PMO performance based on historical analysis for resource planning, budgeting, and timeline predictionUnderstand business processes and interpret them to define requirements, analyze current as-is processes and conceptualize to-be requirementsSupport solution developers and business subject matter experts with documentation of functional and technical processes using Visio; Develop detailed process maps and business process procedure documentationCoordinate with the Business/Project Team to collectively provide the Solution Design Manage to write Business Requirement Document, Business Deliverables and ArtefactsDevelop Business Cases and identify measureable benefitsAnalyze data and draw conclusions from the data as it relates to business processesWork with Business units to perform Value Analysis (ROI, KPI, OKR) for the processesDevelop Standard Operating procedures and desktop procedures for business usersDesired Experience For PMO Analyst IncludesRequirements gathering using a variety of basic techniquesProject documents writing (e.g., business cases, requirements, cost benefits, etc.)Work experience in global financial services institutionExperience working in a COO/Business Management organization, supporting senior stakeholdersProject Management experienceAbility to develop presentations / dashboards for senior managementQualifications And Accreditations3-5 years Of Business Analysis/Process Analysis and supporting business process documentation with business owners/SMEKSA Banking systems and Operations frameworkExperience/knowledge in a range of technical platforms and solutionsAbility to rapidly grasp processes and identify potential transformation solutionsGood working knowledge of functional area in an operational or consulting capacityExcellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels across the bankGood organisation skills - High level of self-drive and motivationAbility to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing prioritiesAgile ways of working qualification or experience e.g. Scrum Master, Scrum Product OwnerExcellent command of English & ArabicNote: Please share your resume in the Word format for the resume tracking process.
