The ideal candidate will possess strong technical background, exceptional communication skills in both English and Arabic, and a proven track record in documentation, architecture, technical story writing.You’ll have the chance to:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications. Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Develop detailed documentation including functional specifications, business requirements, process flows, and technical architecture diagrams. Facilitate meetings to gather requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders.Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions. Write clear and concise technical stories and user stories for agile development teams.Conduct impact analysis and risk assessment for proposed changes and enhancements. Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation. What will help you succeed:Experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
