Job DescriptionJob OverviewThe purpose of this role is to drive the activities and continuous improvement agenda of the site. This will be done through continuous analysis and monitoring of performance and leading the development of improvement plans, ensuring smooth integration of projects and activities into operation to increase operational excellence, capacity & capabilities, and customer satisfaction.What are we looking for?A minimum of 2 years experience in Project Management in an FMCG environmentPerformance Management (KPIs management) experienceAdvanced Communication SkillsMS OfficeData Analysis and VisualizationWhat will be your key responsibilities?Performance MeasurementSet standards for the Operating Capacities as well as the changeover matrix.Monitor DOC & drive process optimization to ensure effective optimization.KPI management: Continuously optimize, standardize and lead the accuracy of measures and liaise with responsible parties.
