Your role will involve designing, implementing, and managing the internal audit program to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Key Accountabilities Develop and implement the internal audit strategy. Lead and manage a team of internal auditors. Identify and assess areas of significant business risk. Plan, execute, and supervise internal audits. Proven experience in internal auditing, with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including leadership roles. Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, and risk management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
