Team Leader Real Estate / Sales Director

An executive recruiter is looking for a Team Leader Real Estate / Sales Director with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in Dubai Real Estate Market. The successful candidate must have team-leading capabilities.Job PurposeTo manage the sales team and provide effective guidance. Responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. Able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.ResponsibilitiesManage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching.Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.Delegating tasks and set deadlines for internal team.Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.Define and implement developer / client relations strategy.Work on sales scripts with agents.Negotiating contracts, handling client issues, and coordinating with third-party entities.Supervise and follow up on team leads, viewing & meetings.Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.Plan and direct sales team training.Monitor team performance and report on metrics.Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, and secure financing, and complete paperwork for the sale.Set weekly, monthly, and yearly targets for the agents to achieve and conduct sales meetings.Continually look to identify further business opportunities through effective lasing with other related businesses and colleagues.Develop networks within the real estate industry.Desired Candidate Profile – RequirementsMinimum 8 years of proven work experience as a Senior Sales Manager/Team Leader role in Dubai Real Estate Market.Company BenefitsVisa & Medical Insurance.Basic Salary + Commission.Mobile Allowance.Specialized Marketing support.Friendly and Supportive environment.#OTHER#OTHER
