Senior Mechanical Engineer

Project: Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC) - Jazan, Saudi Arabia.Job Responsibilities/Functions:Review of mechanical systems documentation,Planning engineering activities,Coordination with the engineering team in Madrid,Coordination with the client team on-site,Reporting activities, progress, and budgets to project management.Required/Minimum Academic Qualifications: Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or equivalent.Required Experience: More than 15 years of experience in basic and detailed engineering of main/auxiliary systems for combined cycle projects, particularly: • Reviewing engineering documentation, specifications, process diagrams, test procedures, operation and maintenance procedures and manuals, • Designing mechanical systems, • Coordination of multicultural work teams, • Project activity planning.Languages:English: at least level B2, preferably C1.Place of Work:Jazan IGCC (Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle) Plant in Saudi Arabia. An intial in-person stay in Madrid will be required for a few months at the headquarters in Madrid (Spain) in order to familiarize with the project.Job location:Work is required to be performed in Jizan (KSA). Rotations of 8 weeks at the site followed by 2 weeks at home.Type of Vacancy:Permanent position in EAG's staff,Economic package in line with work market and location: fixed salary + variable + relocation package.On-site work conditions: • Work week from Saturday to Thursday, Fridays off, during plant/client hours,• Regular Spanish work week from Monday to Friday during the stay at the Madrid headquarters.
