Senior Salesforce Developer,
Customer Engagement , IQVIA technology
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer, who is very used to be working as a key member of a lean, Agile delivery and/or support team. You will play an essential role in designing, building, configuring and maintaining our OCE software products using Salesforce.com technology, which is key to the success of our business.
The role is for a Senior Salesforce Developer. Our OCE (Orchestrated Customer Engagement) products are developed using Salesforce.com cloud technology, Products are developed by IQVIA Global Team, and to be configured and customized by RBU team based on clients requirements. Products are integrated with Mulesoft, AWS, Tableau, Reltio, Oracle ERP, SAP and flexible to be integrated with other systems.
What to expect
- Conducts and coordinates the Configuration of software applications requiring advanced knowledge and developing business expertise
- Determines the requirements for custom applications and systems design specifications.
- Using current programming language to conducts a full range of programming tasks including program design, program coding, debugging, and documentation for a variety of general applications programs including data manipulation, input and output routines.
- Work frequently includes program maintenance error detection & correction of existing codes and/or revisions to systems documentation.
- Identifies and implements root cause fixes to program, system and/or applications errors.
- Works collaboratively and efficiently across functional teams in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative on medium tasks under broad supervision.
- Understands and guides others on standards of engineering quality through source control, code reviews, continuous integration, and unit tests.
- Helps to improve infrastructure and application development.
- Provides input on the establishment of development best practices and standards for the organization.
- Participating in regular formal and informal team sessions, like sprint-planning, refinement sessions, kick-offs, daily stand-ups and retros.
- Helping to continuously improve our CI/CD pipeline, as well as the tools and methods that the team uses, to provide as much value as possible, with high quality, for as little effort as possible
- Proactively sharing knowledge and producing “just good enough” documentation.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
Req - Five (5) years experience in systems analysis/application programming Req.
- 4~5 years of experience in Salesforce.com Technology.
- Substantial relevant development experience and demonstrable capability of working in a role having senior engineer responsibilities
- Demonstrated basic and some specialized systems and programming knowledge
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, in English, both written and spoken.
- Client facing and communication experience.
- Pharma CRM business background is a plus
