Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end CyberArk deployments, including Vault, PVWA, PSM, CPM, PTA, and integrations.
Define and execute PAM strategies aligned with zero trust principles and compliance frameworks.
Onboard and secure privileged accounts, enforce password rotation, and enable session monitoring.
Oversee the management of privileged sessions, ensuring that all activities are logged, monitored, and reviewed for compliance.
Establish and maintain role-based access controls (RBAC) for privileged accounts across various systems and applications.
Integrate CyberArk with Active Directory, MFA, SIEM, ITSM, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Perform system upgrades, health checks, and environment optimization.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex PAM issues with minimal downtime.
Develop documentation, SOPs, and runbooks for operational teams.
Mentor internal staff on CyberArk best practices and secure privileged access workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Security Operations, Compliance, and IT Infrastructure.
Monitor access logs and generate reports to identify and respond to potential security incidents.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Privilege access management recommend improvements.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years in PAM with at least 3 years dedicated to CyberArk implementation and administration.
Strong knowledge of CyberArk modules (PVWA, CPM, PSM, PTA, Alero).
Hands-on experience in multi-platform environments (Windows, Linux, Cloud).
Solid understanding of PAM best practices, zero trust, and regulatory standards (ISO 27001, NCA, NIST, PCI-DSS).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
