Job Title: Business Analyst - Telco Industry Specialist (Contract Role) - OnsiteLocation: Saudi ArabiaCompany Overview:We are currently seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with expertise in the telecommunications (telco) industry for a contract role based in Saudi Arabia. Our client, a prominent multinational technology company, is looking for a dynamic individual with extensive experience in Siebel to join their team and drive strategic initiatives in the telco sector.Key Responsibilities:Utilize in-depth knowledge of the telecommunications industry to analyze business processes, systems, and operations, with a focus on Siebel CRM solutions.Collaborate closely with telco clients to understand their specific business requirements, challenges, and objectives, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.Lead the requirements gathering process, eliciting and documenting functional and technical specifications for Siebel CRM enhancements, customizations, and integrations.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to translate business requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.Conduct comprehensive impact assessments, feasibility studies, and risk analyses to support decision-making and prioritize project initiatives effectively.Leverage Siebel expertise to design and configure CRM solutions, customize workflows, and implement enhancements that optimize business processes and drive operational efficiency.Provide ongoing support and guidance to telco clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering training sessions to end-users as required.Collaborate with vendors, partners, and third-party providers to evaluate new technologies, tools, and solutions that can enhance Siebel CRM functionality and meet evolving business needs.Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in the telco sector, and proactively share insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the telco business unit.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on the telecommunications industry.Proven expertise in Siebel CRM, with extensive experience in design, configuration, customization, and implementation.Deep understanding of telco business processes, customer lifecycle management, and industry-specific challenges and trends.Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable plans and solutions.Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.Relevant certifications in business analysis, project management, or Siebel CRM are highly desirable.This is a unique opportunity for a talented Business Analyst with specialized knowledge of the telecommunications industry and expertise in Siebel CRM to contribute to transformative projects and drive innovation within a leading technology organization.
