Pay potential based on projects completedJob DescriptionAmeritech Facility Services is seeking a Bunn Certified Technician along with a full time and experienced jack-of-all-trades technician/handyman willing to do roll outs for Restaurants and Retail establishments. The Technician will Perform field service calls, installations and preventive maintenance on commercial beverage equipment.ResponsibilitiesReceive and Perform field service calls, installations and preventive maintenance on commercial beverage equipment.Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions utilizing standard electrical test equipment such as volt/ohm meters to identify and implement corrective action.Maintain service van inventory to effectively respond to customer calls for service.Basic Skills In The Following TradesMinor plumbing connections (sink supply and drain lines)Minor electrical connections (disconnect and reconnect equipment)Roofing RepairsConcrete RepairsStucco RepairsFencingAsphalt RepairsCarpet RepairsTile RepairsUse of basic tools and the ability to install or assemble by following instructionsHandling projects when neededHeavy lifting, standing, bending, and reachingWorking a flexible schedule of days, nights, or weekendsAbility to manage time and prioritize; must follow special instructions and schedulesEffective communicationMaintaining a clean and professional appearanceMust Have The FollowingCommercial Construction Experience (5+ years), preferably restaurantAbility to travel regionally (50-75%)Clean driving record and personal transportationTools (drills, saws, hammers, ladders, cords, shop vac, caulking gun, etc).
