Senior Legal Advisor

Legal Counsel: Provide expert legal advice on a range of legal real estate matters, including proper acquisition, development, leasing, financing, procurement, and sales.
Contract Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, purchase agreements, and other legal documents.
Litigation Support: Represent the company in litigation and disputes, including property disputes, boundary issues, and contract disputes.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Risk Management: Identify and assess legal risks related to the activities of the company, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and developing strategies to mitigate them.
General Support: Provide assistance with any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager.
