In our global community of people from 100+ countries, we listen to each other, actively contribute and grow together.Join us in our exciting quest to build the future home.All about the role:Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the manufacturing engineering function to achieve efficiency and effectiveness of all manufacturing equipment and process required to manufacture a high quality product in a cost effective manner , ensures the engineering team and other manufacturing departments work together cohesively .What you'll do: Develop and lead manufacturing engineering activities to improve the use of machinery (OEE) and reducing cycle time. Lead improvement of manufacturing processes in the plant studying products and manufacturing methods. Drive continuous improvement in conversion cost as measured by company KPIs. Improve productivity and manufacturing efficiency by analyzing use of work force, Space requirement and layout across operations in the plant. Drive local plans to reduce energy and water consumption, also by introducing new company standard. Confers with plant management and central ME regarding manufacturing capabilities, production plans and other considerations to facilitate production process. Prepares product and process reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends. Develops plant operation budgets and Capex plans in cooperation with Central ME. In charge of plant infrastructures and facilities projects (Fire Protection, Safety, property protection and security).Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Engineering , Preferred in Mechatronics , Electrical or Mechanical Major Minimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment ( solid experience in Maintenance function is a Plus) Experience of leading multi-function team is a must Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment Project Management Experience Very Good command of English LanguageWhere you'll be:You will be based at Electrolux Egypt- Manufacturing Site at 10th of Ramadan City- SharkiaAs part of Electrolux, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
