Currently URGENTLY looking for a qualified Architect to join their esteem company in Dubai / Abu Dhabi.ResponsibilitiesTo manage a team of Architects and designersTo guide the team to make sure the projects are completed on time and within budgetCoordinate with clients to work out the design requirements.To communicate with contractors about construction progress and potential problems that may arise during building processReview architectural plans for compliance with local building codes and regulationsIdentify ways to improve design of structure based on environmental factors such as light and wind exposureMeeting with contractors to discuss construction details such as materials to be used and scheduling issuesCreating diagrams, renderings and other visual representations of architectural designsFor Airport Project ExperiencePlan, develop and implement designs for buildings or structuresCompile feasibility reports, determine environment impactCreate project proposals that include timelines and estimated cost for projectsMeet with clients to assess their needs and requirements and present design projects from concept to development to completionDevelop and pitch project proposals and adjust designs and plans according to clients needs and requestPrepare drawings, blueprint, specifications, and construction documents and conduct research, compiling reports on feasibility studies and environmental impacts. Design to comply with safety standards and local planning regulations and determine and adhere to budget timelines. Manage project teams and collaborate with other construction professionalsResponsible for public safety while they oversee the project when a building is completed, architect remain involved as they evolve to help incorporate new surroundings and ideas. RequirementsDegree in ArchitecturalIATA Certificate is preferred for airport projectMin 10 years relevant experience for Senior Architect role, min 15 years experience for Principal Architect roleMUST have experience in MASTER PLANNING in aviation industry.Some experience in project management or business development will be ideal. Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
