Job Description
- Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques.
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by end users.
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
- Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences.
- 1-3 years of experience in the same field.
- Experience in MS Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
- Experience in Client PC
