Principal Financial Product Manager

Job DescriptionResponsible for user trading experience and tools for cryptocurrency platform derivativesResponsible for designing and backtesting the underlying logic of trading products and strategies, such as arbitrage strategies, trend strategies, iceberg strategies, etc.Analyze user requests, propose product optimization and innovation needs based on user feedback and Data Analysis, and improve user transaction satisfaction.Familiar with financial product framework, with the ability to iterate traditional financial products to digital assets.Collaborate with R & D, operations, and customer service teams to promote product launch and follow up on launch resultsJob requirementsBachelor's degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in internet products, familiar with financial/digital currency derivative trading such as stocks, options, futures, contracts, etc. Investment experience is preferred.Quantitative finance background preferred, proficient in using at least one programming language for strategy analysis and backtestingCandidates with experience in securities and foreign exchange-related user end products are preferred.- Familiar with the R & D process of Internet products, deeply involved in the entire process of product design, research and development, launch and improvement;Passionate and deeply interested in the digital currency and blockchain industryEnglish can be used as a working language
