We are looking for an Interior Design Architect in Madinah, KSA

If you love designing beautiful spaces and have a passion for creating functional interiors, we want you on our team! As an Interior Design Architect at AtkinsRéalis, you will collaborate with clients and other professionals to develop innovative design solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Understand clients' needs and create design concepts that meet their goals.
• Optimize space efficiency and functionality through detailed planning and modeling.
• Develop design documentation in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure project success.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate sustainable design practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 13 years of experience in a similar role in GCC.
• Expertise in hospitality and branded residence projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Creative thinking and a strong design passion.
