SQUATWOLF.COM | LEAD THE PACKKey ResponsibilitiesFixed Campaign Management:Onboard new influencers/affiliates and scale revenue share model. Brainstorm creative approaches for influencer campaigns. Coordinate seeding campaigns by sending vouchers to influencers. Influencer Relationship & Partnership Management: Identify and build relationships with influencers for tactical opportunities. Lead influencer recruitment in alignment with brand objectives & KPIs. Research and identify potential influencers aligning with brand values. Maintain database of influencer relationships and campaign performance. Organize and update sponsorship reports, meeting deadlines. Directly engage with influencers to address inquiries and requirements. Budget Management: Ensure efficient use of budget and adherence to financial guidelines. Provide budget reporting as per the manager’s instructions. Liaise with finance team for project ROI calculations and manage influencer payments. Reporting, Insights & Best Practices: Analyze campaign performance data and offer insights to marketing team. Stay updated on industry trends and influencers marketing best practices. Ensure campaigns meet strong KPIs and are effectively measured. Geographical Scope: Work with affiliates & influencers in GCC. Background & Qualifications2-3+ years of experience in brand growth marketing partnerships and influencer marketing, particularly in GCC, especially KSA. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Good understanding and passion for influencer marketing campaigns. Strong database and network of client and agency contacts; well-networked. Skills, Experience & AttributesStrong verbal and written communication skills in English/Arabic (Must). Ability to multitask effectively. Positive personality with a can-do attitude. Proficient in managing influencer demands and requests. Flawless verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, strong Excel skills, and similar tools. Possesses a growth mindset and is a team player. Proven track record of managing affiliate/influencer programs. Strong knowledge of current brand campaigns within the industry. Familiarity with social media platforms and effective influencer marketing strategies. Innovative and creative thinker capable of developing new storytelling approaches. Excellent organizational, time-management, and budgeting skills. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities in both English and Arabic.
