ResponsibilitiesMaintains the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring that all activities are carried out ethically and in compliance with Company’s Security, Compliance & HSE policies, ManagementSystem, relevant laws, regulations, standards and industry practices and complies with the Company’s Rules to Live ByPlaces Quality, Health & Safety, Security and Protection of the Environment as core values while never intentionally placing employees, our processes, customers or the communities in which we live and work at riskSeeks continual improvement in Health, Safety, Security & Protection of the Environment, taking into account responsible care, process vulnerabilities, public, customer and employee inputs, knowledge and technology and best business practices to exceed customer expectationsSupervisors & Managers should demonstrate effective safety leadership for the health and safety arrangements of all subordinates and for any persons visiting them while on the Company premisesResponsible for being familiar with the Company's Quality policies and taking an active role in the compliance and improvement of Weatherford’s Management SystemDemonstrates knowledge and understanding of all policies & procedures, related operational & non-operational documentation, supports systems, complies with all Technical Work Instructions and Test Procedures, carrying out workMaintains service quality as an immediate priority when working across all areas of the business and continually seeks areas for improvementSenior roles might participate in Annual Technical Audits as required to ensure systems are effectively implemented; a supporting authority will lead such AuditsParticipates in all daily operations & safety meetings, toolbox, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), and reports any issues promptly using the appropriate toolsMaintains equipment, facilities and work area in a presentable and safe working conditionsMonitor and analyzes data to recommend services and solutionsDemonstrates knowledge & skills to perform work processes according to their role level experience & competence Performs job planning, preparation of tools & equipment, mobilization, job execution and submits all job-related data, not limited to job reports, WPTS data entry, observation cards while on-site, service tickets or logs with the required signatory, and any other documents required to successfully invoice the client within an acceptable timeAvailable on 24 hours call basis to respond to customer needsTests, operates & maintains tools & equipment as per work instructions, according to policies & procedures in safe and presentable working conditions against their level of training & competenceDevelops and maintains a positive relationship with clients to ensure repeat businessFully responsible for delivering superior Service Quality to the clientEffectively manage inventory and supplies required at the well siteFollows up failures with the R&M team and ensures failure reports are closed with clients Contribute, participate or lead equipment failure investigations that support Root Cause Analysis reportsWhere the level of the role requires, oversees, leads and mentors Field Operation crew membersSenior level roles may act as technical advisors to management and they may interpret data for client representatives to optimize servicesIntermediate and Senior level roles will perform engineering checks while on client location. This may include hand calculations, updates of software computations, or new computations based on the latest dataSenior level Field Specialist will manage the installation of complex equipment and/or services in the fieldPerforms other duties and activities safely as assigned by the supervisor within physical constraints of the jobWhere required, will report all equipment failures to the R&M team through the appropriate systemMaintains effective communications with all key stakeholders, both internal and externalSupervisors & Managers should communicate expectations, roles, and responsibilities to their reportsAll employees have an accountability to the organization to be financially responsible whether they are in charge of a function budget or simply their own expensesCosts incurred should be within the approved budget, processed within agreed time frames & following the relevant financial policy and procedureEmployees have a responsibility for developing their own careers within the Company, including completing all necessary functions, compliance & business standards, operations training & competencies to enhance their knowledge, skills, and experienceIn collaboration with the Technical Development and Human Resources, managers and supervisors are expected to drive and support the completion of existing designated development programs that the Company has invested in to enhance employees’ skills and knowledge that can lead to mastery of their current jobs, support promotion opportunities, and potential transfers to other positions. Deviation from the program will require approvalEmployees should regularly engage with their line manager to discuss their performance, objectives, and opportunities to enhance their skills and experience to support their career potentialSupervisors are expected to actively engage with their employees to support talent management through Weatherford's performance management process, including but not limited to talent assessments, succession planning & regular coaching opportunitiesSupervisors should collaborate with Human Resources & Technical Development to drive strategies for the recruitment & retention of key personnel & to foster an environment that supports the attraction & retention of a high performing, talented workforceDemonstrates leadership, ethical behavior and adherence to Weatherford standards at all timesShows social orientation, working and being personally connected with others on the jobSenior Field Engineers will oversee and mentor Field Operations crew members as required.QualificationsCriteria: Minimally 4 - 6 years Field Experiance for Liner Hangers in Oil & Gas. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science as a minimum.
