Mechanical engineer proficient in using laptop and Excel

We have (2) online stores specializing in products related to mechanical engineering. The job requirement is a person capable of managing the entire store operation process, noting that orders are currently low. 
We need the following/
- Full store management/orders and shipping - Product introduction - Website developments - Affiliate management
- Writing all types of content / product descriptions - blog posts  
- Customer service / responding to them everywhere and publishing on social media
- Willingness to learn new skills during working hours
