In this specific position you will have to develop and administer customer operations plans and processes to deliver efficient logistics processes and results in the supply chain of a specific client using multimodal means of transportation and provide support to sales team in line with the business strategy and requirements, corporate guidelines, and policies.Join us in connecting people and improving lives! In this IP Pricing Specialist position You will have to handle the daily operations of main clientsYou will responsible for the handling over dimension cargoYou will support with customs clearance and final delivery and mange the loading plan You will have to follow up on required permits.You will have to execute customer operations plans and processes to deliver efficient logistics processes, manage and update orders received via the system including special and non-assigned ordersYou will have to ensure flow of goods and information across a customer’s global supply chain and provide resolution for order/ delivery issues.You will have to support sales team and respond to operations related requests from the sales team such as quotation, exception deal management, historical account overview, billing corrections, etc.You will have to undertake delivery of cartage tours, monitor and achieve tour profitability, service quality and timelinesYou will promptly respond to customer enquiries, including conducting customer visits and understanding of customer requirementsYou will have to track the available capacities and ensure optimum utilization as per the set objectivesYou will have to resolve issues occurring in operational activities, report to management on events and exceptions, as necessaryYou will have to ensure systems are updated with the latest information on product shortages, expected delivery dates, price changes, etc.You will draft reports related to customer inquiries, sales trends, customer complaints, delivery/service problems, reasons for product returns, etc. and evaluate efficiency of operational performance and deliveryYou will have to interact with other logistics operations departments, customer service and warehouse team to ensure smooth operationsYou will have to comply with operating standards and procedures to provide cost-effective, superior, and efficient customer serviceYou will have to study and resolve issues in day-to-day customer operations and execute practices focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiencyNow, Here’s What We Need From You4 years of experience within the same field.Bachelor’s degree or equivalentExcellent communicator in English, both written and oral.We offer:Opportunities in a global company where you can contribute your ideas and skills to move towards our shared goals.Possible further career developmentCompetitive salaryWhy join DHL Global Forwarding?We are part of Deutsche Post DHL, the world’s leading logistics provider with operations in over 220 countries.
