Made for Trade, DMCC is proud to sustain and grow Dubai’s position as the place to be for global trade today and long into the future.Role Summary:The Senior Marketing Executive – Commodity and Trade is a member of the Marketing team, reporting to the Marketing Manager Free Zone.This role is responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for the Commodity and Trade of DMCC across a matrix delivery team. These include but are not limited to Precious Stones, Precious Metals, Tea, Coffee, Energy, Water, Agri and Financial Services.The role develops and implements analytics- and research-driven outbound/inbound marketing plans against the marketing strategy, including the development of marketing content assets across all media and channels for international focus markets and predefined industry sectors. This includes overseeing market research programs and developing Thought Leadership campaigns. In some cases, the role will project lead campaigns end-to-end.Key responsibilities include developing and overseeing projects from start to finish, including implementation of integrated marketing programs and campaigns in multiple languages with a strong emphasis on digital.In addition to working with the marketing team (Corporate Communications, Content, Creative, Events, Analytics, and Digital) and internal stakeholders, the engages and overseas workflows with third party suppliers and partners .Responsibilities:In collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager, Free Zone develop marketing programs and plans against the marketing strategy for DMCC Tech aligned with business objectives, and support the implementation of international and local marketing programs through a matrix delivery team Develop and oversee marketing initiatives as well as assist the implementation of programs to help drive customer growth from geo focus countries and industry sectors including but not limited to Precious Stones, Precious Metals, Tea, Coffee, Energy, Water, Agri and Financial Services. This includes supporting with market research and Thought Leadership campaigns. Plan, develop and implement marketing campaigns for industries, , products, services and offerings, consisting of but not limited to market research, messaging, positioning, theme / image development, thought leadership, credentials, video, digital and social media outreach, landing pages, microsites, email campaigns and other creative marketing tactics. Build and maintain relationships with business unit stakeholders Effectively manage relationships with AOR (Agencies of Record), Agencies, partners, consultants , freelancers and subject matter experts to traffic and ensure the delivery of marketing activities including SOW definition, ongoing activities and outcomes. Ensure that a regular and structured surveying of clients is performed to capture the satisfaction level and report feedback to the Sr ExecutiveOversee and report campaign and program-specific reporting mechanisms and other performance measures to properly assess the effectiveness of each marketing campaign or activity, improve future projects and to provide business development and sales teams with relevant and actionable insights and research to support sales objectives . Qualifications:Bachelor of business or equivalent 5 years’ experience in Integrated, multi-channel marketing, Campaign planning and execution, Creation of post-campaign reports and implementation of learnings into future campaigns, International B2B marketing, Working with key client stakeholders, Working with marketing agencies and Developing and Implementing engaging customer experiences and marketing programsExperience in a fast-paced, continually changing client environment.
