About 5,000 employees from 84 nations are currently realizing the projects of our customers with professional knowledge and intercultural experience.Responsibilities:Control the contractors’ system maintenance activities for signaling, telecommunication systems, electrical systems, feeder stations in compliance with plansDevelop and execute knowledge transfer for all system maintenance related disciplinesOversee the technical systems, including signaling, communication, and control systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and reliablyManage and optimize rail system's signaling, communication, and control systems.Oversee system upgrades, integration of new technologies, and troubleshooting of technical issues.Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure seamless system performance.Develop and implement maintenance schedules, preventive measures, and system enhancements.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for system upgrades and installations.Provide technical support during emergencies and system failures.Control the contractors’ maintenance quality in compliance with KPIsQualifications:Project management skillsRailway maintenance background in either passenger high-speed or long distance intercity is mandatoryA Bachelor of Science academic degree in Engineering is preferredA minimum of 10 years experience in rail industry, with a minumum of 5 years in a leadership position is preferredA minimum of 10 years experience in a similar positionInternational experience, preferably GCC is preferredDB background is preferredFluency in English is mandatory, knowledge of Arabic and German would be an added advantageKnowledge of MS office, MS Project, MS Sharepoint, IBM Maximo or similar tools is mandatoryWillingness to sign a local contract with the KSA branch
