Corporate Governance Director

A highly prestigious government authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with its headquarters directly linked to the office of the Crown Prince of the Kingdom is looking for a Corporate Governance Director.ResponsibilitiesOversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s enterprise governance framework, ensuring alignment with best practices, regulatory requirements, and internationals standards.Develop and review the Authority of Delegation enterprise policies, charters.Conduct regular reviews of the governance framework and recommend appropriate updates as needed.Serve as a key advisor to the Board of Directors and its committees, providing guidance on governance matters, risk mitigation strategies, and compliance issues.Manage the internal reporting process and ensure accurate and timely communication of governance-related information to the Board and relevant stakeholders.Foster a proactive and governance-aware culture throughout the organization by promoting governance awareness and best practices.Foster a culture of ethical conduct and transparency throughout the organization.Develop and implement training programs on corporate governance and ethical practices for employees at all levels.Identify and assess potential governance-related risks.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Public Policy, or a related field is required.Minimum of 12 years of experience in enterprise governance, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective governance frameworks.Deep understanding of enterprise governance principles, best practices, and relevant regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex governance challenges.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Leadership and team-building skills, capable of managing and motivating a team of governance professionals.Excellent organizational and time management skills.#OTHER#OTHER
