Founded in 2006, the company pursued innovative thinking in making unique global perfumes that match the lifestyles and personalities of all clients.Primary Function:Organizing all marketing materials of all offline events, monitoring and optimizing budget efficiency for event/offline activations. Collect and analyze the performance of every activity and make actionable recommendations for both long-term perspectives. Responsible for the assigned Country's marketing communications activities with the goal of establishing and improving its competitive positioning in the market to support sales lead generation.Key Performance Areas:Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends.Manage offline marketing activities (Events, Exhibitions, Activations, Newspapers, Magazines, Billboards, Radio, TV, Printed materials...etc.).Managing and producing all offline artwork including amends until completion. Allocate codes for all marketing materials ensuring accurate and timely set-up. Produce briefs for Printing and Production with all relevant information to ensure efficient processing of each stage of the print process. Brief the contact center on upcoming activities to optimize the customer experience of live promotions. Processing invoices from suppliers and communicating with the accounting team to finalize and settle invoices. Assist marketing managers in managing integrated marketing campaigns across offline tacticsAssist and monitor the team with the management of agency relationships and performance. Support the rest of the marketing team in the collation and interpretation of campaign results and make recommendations for improvements.Review competitor activity including the creation of guard files and producing reports for the team. Keep up to date on marketing innovations and opportunities and report these to the team. Playing a role of Project managing marketing campaigns in Direct Mail and other growth channels: developing strategy, planning, execution, budgeting, and analysisCoordinate with the Brand Team on creative assets (approval of design, copy, and landing pages) Experience in handling Suppliers and advertising agencies.Provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives through competitive and financial analysisTranslate complex data and analytical models into insights that can be used to develop marketing strategiesAssist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.).Reporting: Create monthly targeting files.Measuring and reporting performance of all offline campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).Create and maintain new automation to support more efficient processes across the department.                                                                                 Core Competency Framework:KnowledgeBS in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a similar relevant field.In-depth knowledge of traditional, field marketing, trade marketing, and market research methodsApplicable knowledge of marketing data analytics and toolsExperience2-4 years in growth marketing, print media, or project management, ideally in a fast-moving technology company or similar, and almost 2 years of experience in Offline, trade, and field marketing activities.Experience with Events, Exhibitions, printed materials, activations organization, conducting on-ground researchHands-on experience with marketing software, and working effectively within Google Suite is a plus.Good in Arabic and English (written and spoken), excellent communication and presentation skills. AttitudePassionate about new marketing trends, always on top of best industry practices, great in project management, and have an eye for detail.Entrepreneurial and fast-moving with the ability to pivot when faced with a challenge. Aspiring marketing, growth-minded, and highly organized, data and analytical-driven approach to making business and operational decisions. Detail-oriented helps closely monitor the business functions and prioritize for success. A self-starter who takes initiative, you have an interest in improving processes and scaling activity.
