The company is headquartered in New York City with locations in San Francisco and Abu Dhabi and is a founding member of kyu, a collective of best-in-class creative firms.The OpportunityIn partnership with Strategists, Designers, Program Managers, and developers, Designers at SYP are responsible for designing the experiences and tools that will lead our clients (and sometimes their customers) through a journey of discovery, learning, understanding, and transformation.Our work spans all media. This means that no designer at SYP works exclusively in one medium. Designers at SYP will work in Print, Digital, and Experience design. While Designers may specialize in one area of design, they will ultimately apply their skills throughout all three. If this is you, come thrive at SYPartners and take us to the next level.Candidate ProfileYou have the innate ability to understand people’s needs and experiences and communicate those insights through a variety of form factors (print, website, presentation, exhibition, film, etc.).You are curious about the challenges impacting business and society today, and are passionate about the impact of your work beyond a final deliverable.You are a natural communicator. Whether through words, sketches, or prototypes, you share your ideas in a way that inspires others and builds belief.You are a motivated self-starter and comfortable with highly collaborative team environments (this is not an asynchronous and autonomous contributor role).How You'll Drive ImpactAs a Designer, you will collaborate with a team to deliver impactful work for clients and will assume ownership of various aspects of projects.
