Reviewing the participation processes with the Evaluation and Regulatory Compliance Department and the Policies and Studies Department to develop and update a clear guide to the progress of work in government agencies to be a reference for the financial controller in case of need and to raise recommendations for review and approval by those concerned in the agency Reviewing the process of preparing incentive programs for the financial controllers and the process of linking them to the annual performance evaluation of the auditor and proposing improvements thereon. Reviewing the processes of preparing a service level agreement for financial transactions between the financial controller and the entity to ensure the progress of operations within the agreed period and submit recommendations for review and approval by those concerned in the agency.
